I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos phone on 7/05/2013 from Efuture store,60 nehru place, New Delhi-110019. however within a month time the phone showed lot of complications regarding its charging. the mobile phone is not getting charged through its charger. I submitted the phone at the samsung service centre at c-22, kalkaji immediately for its repair, even after the repairing the phone showed up the same complication again.
I had to re-submit the phone at the same service centre. Within a weeks time after the repair the phone again showed up with exactly the same problem. I hurriedly visited the Showroom from where I purchased the phone. But I was shocked to get a very cold response from the shop, saying that they cannot help me in this regard. It is just one month that I purchased this phone and neither the service centre nor the shop can clarify the exact reason as to why my phone is going through this damage. I have been treated extremely badly at the EFUTURE store when i complained about my product. The General Manager of the store named KAPIL BHATIA spoke to me in an unpleasant way showing no interest to help. The service centre is also not taking action against my repeated complains. I have been asked everytime to deposit my handset and again to come back to collect it which is very difficult for me to travel all the way taking leaves from office just to run behind my mobile phone. My phone is under one year warranty period and i want my phone to be replaced with a new product ASAP as it is very inconvenient for me to use a handset which has already shown similar problem back to back for the third time within a month from purchasing the handset.
It is my earnest request to the team to look into the matter and give me an appropriate solution ASAP.
