i bought an elecrolux washing machine(Model- alpha care-EWT553MEWO), on 20-10-2010,from vinay associates house of electricals&electronics,6-7,aditya enclave,opp.sarathi studio,ameerpet,hyderabad-500016,AP. and it has a warranty period of 2 years and washing machine is not working properly from july 2012 so i’ve registered a complaint regarding it in electrolux customer care helpline-18602001212, on 23-07-2012 bearing complaint no-EHYD-2307120083 and a engineer from the company visited my house on 28-07-2012 and engineer told me that there was some problem with the motor and he told that they are going to replace it with in one week so i waited for 2 weeks and again i lodged a complaint in customer care help line on 11-08-2012 bearing complaint no-EHYD-1108120024 ,and since then i called costumer care help line for more than 10 times and they ‘ve been bargaining time with me of 24-48 hours every i call them and i even spoke to their senior executive but there has been no use and they didn’t resolve the problem till date and they didn’t seem to resolve it in mere future
