Dear sir/mam,
my name is Sameer Saidas, and i have purchased a mobile phone model name is Mi4i, having IMEI no.866376022106485, i have ordered it through FLIPKART having ORDER NO.OD002784274823002700 dated 07.05.2015 and INVOICE NO.BLR_WFLD20150500316829 dated 08.05.2015 in the name of my friend Chandra Sekhar Routray which i am attaching to this mail below. I received it on 11.05.2015, which i got was a defective one, the front camera is not working. I was not able to recognize it because of the screen cover fitted with that phone originally, i was not willing to tear it down which it says to tear it down before use because of the non-availability of the screen guard in the market and also through online. So i have to wait for it, before i realized the front camera of the phone is not working, the 30 days replacement warranty by Flipkart was over.
So,i submitted my phone in the service center,address B-2, Janpath Tower, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar dated 24.06.2015 and my job sheet no. is 5317. One month have surpassed and there is no response from the service center, they are blaming xiaomi for not providing them the camera parts for which they are not able to repair the phone, and also my complaint was registered with xiaomi as 349438, but from xiaomi customer support service there is also no response, they are saying to wait a little bit more. Both of them the service center and xiaomi not giving any deadline when to submit my phone for that i would like to blame FLIPKART not doing the quality check of the product before selling and also XIAOMI for sending me defective piece of Mi4i.
Therefore, i would like to request XIAOMI if the camera parts is not available then provide me a replacement of my phone or refund my money back for which i will be highly obliged and remain a goodwill for XIAOMI.
