replacement of battery complaint no 54624 dated 6/12/12

Name of company/service: okaya- invertor battery

put a complaint on 6/12/12 followed up no. of times co. executives promissing for replacment by saying today- tommorow but till date no solution. i am facing lots of problem due to this as my grandfather has expired and lots of peoples are at my home i already informee the same to co and requested for fast action but still facing problem. pleas help me and teabh a lesson to co so will work properly to satisfy consumers thanks and regards manish p natani 7428269233
