HI All,
I have ordered 10 books from Indiatimes shopping (shopping.indiatimes.com) on 11th July 2012. Received all the books but one book was damaged. I raised an online case against this book and resolution date was 7th August 2012. I have contacted them so many times (not received calls from them) and everytime they said that they will get back to me in 24 hrs but they did not. I have to call then everytime and customer care contact number is a STD number for outside Delhi. Already waisted 100-150 rs in calls only. I request you to take necessary action against this and help me out of this issue.
