I bought a Moto x play on 29th September. The screen broke on the 15th October. I went to the service center on 16th October and they said that the part is not available n would take around 20 days. But got no reply even after 20 days. The the Moto help line put me on to another service center. They submitted my mobile. But it has been 15 days still no action has been taken.
I bought a mobile worth rs.20,000/- but hv used it only for 15 days. The company still has no definate answer. I would like a replacement or refund of the mobile with immediate effect.
