Flipcart provided faulty Dell Laptop Battery worth Rs:1999, and they are not responding properly for replacement of this product even I am their regular customer. I complained so many times i.e. by using E-mail, telephonic complain and Online chatting with customer care, then also they are not looking towards my issue.
Please give me some solution for this problem.
