I had bought a new tata photon max connection 2 months back . Few days a go the device stopped working so i took it to the tata docomo outlet . After seeing the device they told me that i will get a replacement from where i had purchased it and they generated a DOA and sent it to the shop i purchased from . The person there name Nikhil told me he will get it replaced and took my device . Its been 15 days now and he has still not giving me my device back and he wont even answer my calls . I even complaine with tata docomo consumer helpline but they seem to be taking no action . Please help me with the matter .
