Replaced motherboard with old and much more

Hi,

I purchased a new hp laptop in Apr,2012. its mother board got damaged in august,2013. i contacted to ram infotech through one of my friend and they replaced the motherboard. they took some 4-5 month. just after replacement, my laptop’s battery, hard disk, fan started giving problems. I recently contacted to hp support center and they informed me that informed me that newly added mother board was issued in jan,2012. Ram infotech charged me 12.5k that is much more than the actual price and that was used one. after replacement all the part started giving issues and since i am a software engg in mnc so i faced a lots of personal as well as professional problems.
I want a legal action against ram infotech, please guide me or take a action.

    In case HP Support provides you this info in writing, then you can very well approach a consumer forum by yourself and ask for the defects caused due to poor workmanship on their part and for business losses due to machine downtime and loss of stored info. If any.
