I have purchased an HCL tab through online ( C12STD007697) ..I requested it on 10 – Jan- 2013 and I have received on 23 – Jan -2013..but when i have tried to open it..it was unable to process..I have taken the tab to service center on date(31/01/2013).. they said that Mother board is not working…

they have given me one form they said that replacement would be done but till they didnt replyed me through email ihave recived some mail they told that they will be deivering me on 21/02/2013 yet not recived my produt. ever time iam calling to custmer care pepole they are till that u will recive the call and update but no response from them please help on this
