I would like to say that my mobile number is 9681162530 used by my fiance and she is Delhi right now and mobile number is in roaming. Last 6months Caller Tune activated in my mobile number repeatedly without my concern and charged 45rupees each time. I subscribe the DO NOT DISTURB service. But every time caller tune activated from companies end and I called Customer Care & Nodal Office many times but they resolved my problem temporarily. This time it activated on 20/06/2012 and charged 45rupees, I want my money back and please take legal actions against the company. My email address is “[email protected]”, please send me what action you are taking against the company deactivated the caller tune and give my money back .
