Dear sir,
I brought a nokia handset costs of 15700 (nokia x6 16 gb) there was some fault in my phone and I got replaced, den again I got problem with my phones camera, I took it to the nokia care center in indira nagar Bangalore, they took one month to repair it, they told me that I’ll get replacement for my phone, but what they did is they gave me a repaired handset, now the same fault is been highlighted, even I have extended my warranty by paying 565rs. But I’m not satisfied with total amount 16265 + some up and down charges nearer to 20000rs I have spent on it, but still I have a warranty to that phone. But not satisfied with their support. Money is simply wasting, please take it on high priority and rectify this issue.
