Repeated complaints regarding recharge dispute has not been addressed

Hello Sir
This is to bring under your kind notice that I have been recharging my mobile no. with few suggested recharge values that has been messaged to by the concerned Telecom operator. Post recharges the vendor has charged money but i havent got any value added services out of the recharges as promised by the telecom operator.

When contacted, the customer care service executive is denying any kind of help or any refunds etc. Moreover, when i asked that why am i getting service request message even if the service is not applicable in the area I am in roght now, the concerned executive is not helping at any cost.

Please find below the concerned recharges –

Mobile No. – 8981586793

Recharge Date – 14.08.2013
Recharge value – 123/-

Message at vendor’s end – Recharge Successful.

Message at my end – Recharge successful.

Value added service status – Not Applicable.

Your consideration for the said matter is highly solicited.
