Repeated complaints for non functioning of street light in rohini sector-8

I m a resident of rohini sector-8, My work place is in block A-2/462, sector-8, rohini delhi-110085.The street light number SL 551-36/10 is not working since 1 year i have repeatedly complained about it to tata power but as usual no response.
Kindly tell me whom to complaint now cause these people are not going to do anything its us who gets affected coz of no light causing thefts,robberies.
