Repeated Calls for Credit Card

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Standard Chartered Bank

I have been getting calls from Standard Chartered Bank for Credit Card offers, which i already told them not to call me but still i get calls from them on a daily basis. Today i.e. 26.06.2012 i got a cal from Mr. Aditya Srivastava working with this bank and he claimed that he got my number from the company where i am currently working which is not possible as i work in a PSU where these information are not given.They keep calling making fake promises to mislead customers and they even call when DO NOT DISTURB is on for Telemarketing schemes on my Airtel Carrier

    Hello,I Gaurav Juneja was using credit card of HDFC bank (credit Card No: 4346771006149232) last transaction was done in 2005, also there was some charges against fule filling worth Rs 25000 *2= INR 50000.00, i complained for the charges couple of times to HDFC branch Gurgaon, but there was no solution to it, post this after some time charges were revered but penalty & late payment charges were charged against the same. Now after almost 7year i’m receiving threatening calls from Bank from last 6 motnh, & every time i have to give clarification to each inidividual who is calling for the same & also recently i have received the call from 011-43161620 stating that (main tujhe dekhlunga tere ghar pe aa ke batat hun). I’m also ready to give the pay amount which i have used (INR 4000.00) the same was pending due to incorrect billing. prior to this couple of executive promised to give NDC on 4000 but no one tunred up. Due to this i have been harassed from last 6 months. would request for your help in this as i’m not feeling safe.
