Repairing Of Washing Machine

I bought an automatic washing machine[ModelNo-WF-N6836DN] on 24.04.2012.But its valve was damaged in mid-January.Then I lodged a complaint in Customer Cell of LG SERVICE CENTER.Afterthat I made phone-calls several times, but with-out any result.I send an e-mail to the company two days ago.What a horrible experience!Please do the needful as early as possible.
