Name of company/service: Maa Vaishnavi Services (i.e Samsung services Center)
This is in reference to my complaint regarding the Maa Vaishnavi Services and the address is U-127, Ist Floor, shakarpur, New Delhi-110092 and My bill Reference no is 4149650409.
On 08-04-2013 i submitted my Galaxy Ace on the above said services center for repairing the touch and screen and pay Rs 3000 along with the same and after two days they are saying phone is fully damaged and i have to pay Rs 4000 more , and when the asked for Money back then he change his words again and present new statement that we will repair your phone in the same price you pay and we will give your phone after 2 days .
Kindly remove this type of vendor from market, who play tricks on the customer for more earning.
