Repair and Service

I have purchased a XOLO mobile phone “Q 700i” from M/s Ringers (1, prem Plaza, P.L. Shrama Road, Meerut-1) registered with UP Sales Tax with TIN No.:- 09378401422, on 31-10-2013 against bill no.:- 57/2803 for amount Rs. 11500/- only.

I have also bought an insurance policy from “Apps Daily” of my phone from him.

On 15-05-2014, due to some accident my phone falls from my pocket and it screen got broken and also the functions of phone got malfunctions.

To get it alright, I submitted my phone in the Xolo authorized service centre M/s Shree jee Communication (Shop no.- 1, Shiv Complex, Opp. N.A.S. Degree College, Meerut) on 22-05-2014 against work order sheet no.:- 3373.

After that I called the service centre either on phone and personally for more than a month, he always give me next date to follow up by saying that “the part has still not been delivered by the company” to them.

So, finally after being fed up from the service centre, I took back my phone from them on 30-6-2014 and the service centre returned it without issuing me any slip.

In the time being I have complained XOLO company about this matter on contact us link, but didn’t get any reply.

Somehow I got the number of XOLO Service Head situated in Noida Mr. Piyush Singh (mobile phone no:- 09871113155) after so many calls on his mobile no. he picked up my call on 30-06-2014 and promised to get my phone repaired very soon and asked me to remind me on next Monday (i.e. 07-07-2014), but till date he is not taking my calls and nor even replying of my messages though his whatspp profile was last seen active on 09-07-2014 around 11:56 PM .
Kindly suggest me or guide what to do in this case and where a common man approach against such company where no one is ready to listen.
