Repair or Replace Lap-top; 3 months gone!

I have purchased a lap-top on 11sept-2010( Thoshiba satellite Pro C650 with Sl.No. 5A0383870) with 3 Year warranty for Rs.32000/-. On April 2nd week the lap-top send for repairing at Kadavanthra,Eranakulam, Kerala.(My compalint was registered with call id- 41193) They informed me the top and bottom cover to be replaced.They tried to repair lap-top within warranty. But Thoshiba declined to repair it within warranty even though there is no physical damage for the lap-top.Only the inner parts are broken and I never open it. As I need the lap-top very much for my works I assured them to pay for the repairing, Now they says “There is no front or back cover with us, wait for it till next week “.This answer repeats on the following weeks. When I call Thoshiba Area Manager Ajith on ph.no.09840764861. and demands repair or replace my lap-top they assure me to enquire about it and will replay to me within in minutes.They never call me back, when I tried to call they won’t respond. If I tried with another sim I’ll get them.
I works in KSEB as system supervisor. Computer systems and software of the 15 offices are under my supervision. I had to check 15 servers and databases of these offices. I’ve done these jobs with the assistance of the lap-top
