I am Truptesh Darji working in Essar Group at Hazira, Surat. I had purchased sony W8/E16i (IMEI: 357737042284394) on 28/11/11 from The mobile store, Ahmedabad. After purchase the phone it worked nice till march-2012, it was getting hang. From march to till now the phone got different different problems and I had given phone for repair at sony center, surat ( phone: 0261-3013264) 7 times. They have replaced motherboard 3 times, battery once, memory card once and many times software update, yet problem is not getting solved. On 2nd june when my phone was having problem, I had asked for replacement but service center person said that ” sir, you use phone if it will get problem again, we will replace the phone.” Now my phone having issue again and I have given the same in sony, surat on 27/8/12 (work order no: SE31221611723) and asked for replacement but they refused first. Then I have contacted sony (phone no: 180030002800 call ticket ID: 93595364) several times, then mailed sony directly, yet no reply is given till now. After few days they are asking me to collect repaired phone from service centre. After receiveing my phone when i have chacked then found that the phone is having same issues and submitted again on 24 sep 2012 at surat, till now neither they have repaired my phone properly nore given replacement for the same.
Kindly guide regarding the issue.
