REPAIR OF REFRIGERATOR

I purchase a FG 180 LTR (SHARP DCS SJ-D 19 S) on 14 Apr 2013 from Defence Electronics Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I got a defect in my refrigerator, means One day i got a probleum GAS LEAKAGE From freager. in freager there is three-four hole.I complaint a helpline number of this company last 20 Days. Enginear came and told me that this is physical damage.Again i complaint to this company enginear came i give suggestion to him take photograph and he take but there is no response. and i go to shop also they are saying this is physical damage.but sir this is not physical damage.
My refrigerator is in warranty period for five years.
