I have Motorola Fire XT. My phone touch pad fot unserviceable. i approached two Motorola service agencies in Ahemedabad. One told the repair price will be 1800/- but it will take months together to get the spare parts. another told that parts is available but it will take 2500/-. I tried to contact and email the address given 1800 11 1211, 39026686 Email: [email protected] but therre is no response. so i am feeling cheated by motorola company. Pls help me out. kindly let me know that to whom i must approach on this regard. Thanking you.
