The Bagga Link Service Ltd., at Link Road, Karolbagh, New Delhi has recommended Engine repair on my Bajaj Kristal Scooty -Regn. No. DL 6 SAC 8922, for which they have demanded advance payment of an amount of Rs. 2000/-, the balance to be paid after actual repair of the vehicle. I paid the amount to the Company vide receipt No. 2462 dated 24-04-2012. The company informed that the spare parts that may be required is to be requisitioned from the Bajaj Company and the actual repairs will start thereafter.
The Company, thereafter took my vehicle for repair on 02-06-2012 as Job No. 2297.
Even after three weeks of admitting the scooty for repair they have not carried out the repairs on the vehicle, putting me in to great inconvenience.
The advance amount of Rs. 2000/- was paid to the company two months back and still the company is not providing the service.
It is respectfully prayed that the Bagga Link Services, Link Road, Karolbagh may be suitably directed to carryout the repairs in the Scooty No. DL 6S AC 8922 without any further delay and also allow suitable damages to the applicant for the inordinate delay in carrying out the repairs and causing the harassment and mental torture to the applicant.
