After getting official mail from Customer Head of Standard chartered Bank to deposit the pending & replacement of cards thereafter, the amount was deposited in a single shot . Latter they refused to send the replacement cards .
Some small amount of Rs.273.82 and Rs.1125.33.was due & I too paid which may be late but they kept on harassing with late charges of Rs 350 & more on both cards.
I carry all the details in my mail format with all reference numbers.

We are concerned to note that you are not in receipt of the monthly statements.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
Our records indicate that your e-mail id ( [email protected]) has been
registered for our e-statement facility and the e-statements have been sent to
your E-mail id every month. We request you to check your bulk mail folder.
Further, wish to clarify that the Late Payment Charges are billed to your card
account only if we do not receive payment even towards the minimum amount due
within the payment due date reflecting in the monthly statements
Also, we would like to apprise you that interest is charged if partial payment
facility is chosen or incase payment is not received before the payment due
date. Interest is debited on the daily outstanding balance from the transaction
date to the statement date in the current statement cycle. Interest is charged
from the date of transaction to the date of payment. We request you to check the
Important Information Document attached with your monthly statement for further
clarification.
Hence, we regret our inability to reverse the charges levied in your card
account.
On date, the total outstanding in your card accounts ending 9295 and 5430 was
Rs.20984.70 and Rs.30013.12. Please arrange to effect payment towards the same
to avoid levy of charges in future.
Post effecting the payment we request you to revert us to send the Replacement
card to your Mailing address.
