Sir, my sms pack was scheduled to renew on 10.10.12 bt due to insufficient balance it didnt get renewed. But i got my phone recharged by 9.30 AM. But after that also my pack didnt get renewed. When i contacted to customer care for help they said that it will get renewed today i.e. On 11th but it didnt get renewed till writing of this complaint.
When again i contacted to customer care they are saying to wait till 11.59 of night it will get renewed. Or if it didnt get renewed by midnight it will surely get by morning. When i asked that if i get it recharged by my own then they are saying that balance for renewable will cut for sure whether u get it recharged by your own or not.
Sir, i m not able to understand why they are doing this. Hoping a positive reply from your side.
