CPP India is providing protection of all types of card in some chargable membership.
I had taken membership last year but they renew my membership this year without my consent.
I had receive the call from CPP call centre executive regarding renewal of membership then i had replied i am not interested in renewal.
But today 19th Jun’14 they deduct the amount from my SBI credit card without taking my permssion or consent.
Need your help to get back my amount as if company is not giving better service to customer then how can I belive they protect my card and how will fulfill their commitment.
If company is not able to call the customer throughtout the year to know about any services and only call for membership or amount deduction. i think this is very wrost company i have ever seen.
