I raised a request for relocation of TATA SKY connection on 13th June 2015 but till date they have not completed the request. I have called their service centre umpteen no of time but without any solution. Every time they say that it will get resolved in a day’s time without any success. When I call them they put my phone on hold on the pretext of transferring to their seniors.
Also, for last 14 days they have charged the rentals without me staying in the house as I have changed the house and that’s the reason I asked for relocation
After lot of effort I was able to figure out their local centre and after 5-6 days of co ordination from their office and wasting 3-4 days I got a no of their technician who has said that he will come in today.
This entire episode has wasted at least 4-5 days as I kept on waiting for their technician to arrive basis their commitment.
I would request you guys to get them align their service standards and deliver as per commitment. As a consumer I don’t mind waiting for 5-6 days provided I am informed of that. What they do is to waste your time by giving false commitments.
