Dear Sir/Madam
i have to purchase online data card (net connext+)from relience (connectindia)on 02/05/2013 against the this data card no.7428457316. still my data card is not strated. i have to many time communicated with relience CCE. they have to replied me kindly visit to relience web world. and i am also visited five times to relience web world in cannaught place N.delhi and i am submitted again id proof and photo. but still my connection is not started. therfore i request you to please kindlyresolve my issue at your ealrliest.
