Reliance Two separate broadband lines stopped working since two weeks

I have been using two separate Reliance broadband lines. One is ADSL with user id 364109824941 and another is Metro with user id 353697092693. I am paying Rs.617 for ADSL and Rs.1122 for Metro. Since beginning i had payed my bills on time and there is not track of Late payment. Now Since Two weeks my both line is down and every time i register a complaint with Reliance customer care specifically mentioning not to close the complaint without contacting me on voice call, the local technical team keeps closing my complaints even without attending the fault.

My residence is in Chennai, Tamilnadu and my area is Triplicane. Reliance service in my area is worst pathetic service. Even i had contacted Appellate Authority, they say some access issue is going on and i will be resolved soon. I personally visited Reliance head office in Haddows Road, their response is pathetic, Person named Sathyaraj claimed problem in my area cannot be resolved and he wanted me to terminate both the connection, I asked him to give the same in writing but he refused.

The fault is purely on Reliance Communications, either they should give in writing that problem cannot be resolved or they should resolve the complaint. My contact no. is 9176761000 and 8680997777

The worst part is I am getting calls from billing department asking me to pay the bills, I told them about my problem and the cut the call. What the hell. My work is pending and I dont have access to internet in spite of paying Rs.1800 to Reliance communications. If my problem is not resolved, I am going to file a case.
