reliance sim card not working

Name of company/service: reliance GSM

i bought my sim card around 3.4.2013 and it was activated in 2 days and started working after the reliance guy confirmed my mobile no. after my first mobile call. again after 2 days it has completly stopped working. i have already put rs.500 top up. my reliance sim card no. is 7878477037. pls activate it reliance.
