Myself Poshnul Verma was the customer of Reliance Communication Net-connect services number 7428870365. I had closed my net connection after clearing all my Outstanding payments (Rs 1914.00) on 12th June 2012 for the bill cycle upto 27th May 2012, in which unknowingly I had paid extra approx Rs. 600 to reliance. They said (Ajeet, team leader, reliance world P-8, Sector 18, Noida) it will take 10 to 15 days to discontinue the services. I agreed for that. Again I got a call to pay next month bill for bill cycle 28th may to 27th June, for which I paid Rs.520/- after adjusting my extra payment. They have put my number under safe custody for which they have informed me that they charge Rs.100 only for it (Ajeet, team leader, reliance world P-8, Sector 18, Noida ).
Now again I have received another bill Rs. 996.00 for the bill cycle upto 27th July 2012. I visited reliance world at sector 18 but their team leader Mr. Ajeet wasn’t ready to listen, treated me badly and wasn’t able to provide any solution.
Kindly note I have stopped using my above mentioned number since I had surrendered it. Due to this I am very upset as I am working in a private company and I have to take leave for this. Please provide me solution for this case.
