Reliance is not responding for the complaint of misbehave by their CSR.

This complaint is regarding the Reliance Communication. I had ported my number 9810989317 from Airtel to Reliance because I was assuming that Reliance service is good. But now I am think that I was totally wrong about it.
I recharged my Reliance phone number 9810989317 on 24-Nov-2014 with Rs.41 to reduce the call rate to Rs.0.20per/min. But today is 12-Dec-2014 and my call rate is still Rs.0.50per/min. If I have already recharged my number to reduce the call rate and there is still no effect of recharge than what is the need to recharge my number. Reliance Customer Care Executives are not responding to my complaint , even now I am not able to call on Customer Care Number. May be they block my number.

I request you to help me so that call rate will be reduce on my number as per the recharge voucher I recharged on 24-Nov-2014. Please take action against this company so that they will not play with other customers also. Thanks
