RELIANCE PREPAID DEDUCTED RS 140 BALANCE WITHOUT ANY REASON

I had done several recharges during the last few days and i had net balance of 140 rs but as i woke up today morning and tried to make a call it says YOU DON’T HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE THIS CALL. i was shocked to see my balance nil after dialing *367#.i tried calling customare care but they said servers were busy and the details are not updated and they behaved very rudely and said they cannot refund without appropriate reason
