Reliance Not Deactivating my Packages

Location/place: Puducherry

Name of company/service: Reliance

I Have been sending so many deactivate messages to deactive my SMS39 pack in Reliance mobile…but it always comes with a reply **No Default Configured** , And dey have wasted 2 months (ie.Rs.80).

Apart from this, they have also turned on many packages on their own automaticallly, and are asking us to send Deactivate message, they are charging so much amount
