Reliance netconnect plus

Hi Sir/Madam..

Please help I recharged for 255 rs last month for which Reliance website has given add online for 30 days validity period for 1 GB.. but I hardly used for 2 days and the balance of it was carried forward to next month and this month I recharged for 797 they did the same and i hardly used for a week and the balance in my account shows as 973 mb available and my this month balance is also available … when I called the customer care they say network slow that this crap I contacted them 1000 times no body helped me .. they paste teh same thing again and again in live chat they are not sortting teh issue I want a refund or I want them to sort this issue immediate effect thank you please help..
