I am Rajat Maheshwari. My datacard number is 7489534907.
I wrote a mail to Reliance after facing troubles with my Datacard stating:

I have done a lot of calls regarding my complain. Every time I am given a service/complain number and after sometime my complain is resolved without verification. My datacard is in extreme poor condition and it constantly works at a speed of just 50kbps but as per the plan the fixed speed promised was 384kbps.
Also the connectivity is so poor that it breaks in every 20-30 minutes even if I don’t move my machine even an inch.
Again I am taking a course of written complaint and request to take some action on it immediately. Last time when I did that and requested that I’ll make the payment only after connection getting fixed as I was not able to access the internet, they disconnected my device due to non payment of bills without due recognition of the problem I am facing.
Kindly take due action and update me. I assure you of payments as soon as my service is fixed and if it cannot be fixed please discontinue my device with immediate effect.

To which Reliance is responding with utter disregard and just billing me every month even after my connection is barred and the amount is over my credit limit. I have requested to fix the situation or terminate the connection to which the response I got was keep paying bills even if the services are barred and they would take no termination request until I pay them. I can pay for one month of which 20 days my card was functional but how can they expect me to pay for 2-3 months even when my services where not at all working. There communication is not polite and instead of improving the service they are completely after extracting money.
Please take due action.
