reliance netconnect new technique fraud

Hi i am currently reliance netconnect user 7520358827, i bought this device on 25th may 2014 in which i got 10 gb data for 1 month, its first recharge is due on 24 june 2014, i recharge my number with rupess 255/- online on 24th june 12:10 am, which is done successfully, i got the confirmation receipt and mail from reliance on my email id. whose receipt number : AMIR56749879,Transaction Reference Number : 67341700, Authorization code :MCTR3392432564, Email Id of Payee : [email protected] , recharge amount : 255 , mode : debit card. But it is not credited to my number and my number is on temporary on hold that day. i made an complaint to this so customer representive says its done but transaction failed, so your amount is been credited to your account within 7 working days. so I waited for ten days but not credited, so i make another complaint regarding this, so they says i will check into our company and assured me for returning my money and registered a complaint No.222416205 for giving my money back. But it is not credited to my account yet and i call customer care they says transaction is not done its failed and no money is deducted from your account etc etc…i have my statements bank passbook and receipt of reliance about confirmtion.so reliance is using a new technique for frauding people. This new technique will deduct your money and benefit is not credited and make you fool..Thats Very good… I am not saying to return my money now, i am going to registered a written complaint against this fraud with all proofs i have with me.

Thanking you.
