Hi,
I have Purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ USB (8595489251) with an offer of 3-free month for 2200/-. It stopped working after 2 days. After That I called The Reliance Official (star Communication Phone No.- 09213331112, 09999503939), As it has stopped working .He asked me for re-submittion of document . after he requested I re-submitted the documents .
then he told me it will start working in 5 days , after a verification from reliance.
Then i complaint in reliance customer care they told me that your number is not registered .then he told me that they will seek in to the problem and it will start working with in a week. Since then he promised at least 10 times that the service will be active in 24 hour and it never worked since then. I had to go to his office many times and made a call every day to them, without any action from him. now, he is no longer picking up calls.
This type of unethical behavior from reliance sales person (Mr Sanjay , phone no.-09312649825) . I want to complain about this. I hope you take action against this type of behavior. I also want my services restored and my bill fixed (since I was promised 3 free months and I am unable to use service after a week).
