Hi, i had been using reliance prepaid number since last 4 years i was using reliance to reliance 799 plan.
one day i got a call from some reliance outlet that same features i will get in Rs. 449 in postpaid.
The reliance person came to my house and i gave him the security amount and my number was converted into postpaid.
But when i got my first bill, i was charged for other network calls, and so i complained on 198(complaint no 177382688)
nut i didnt got any solution and my complaint was closed.
So i again called on customer care they registered a new complaint(complaint no 177746202) where they mentioned that
i will get waiver for this miscommunication which i never got and now they are saying i need to go to web world to get
this waiver.
Now i went to web world in nirmaan vihaar delhi on 30th june, and they said they can not take my complaint as it is saturday.
I asked them i want my number back in prepaid and they said they can not do it. i called customer care and after that they were
ready to take my request, but this time they said you address proof does not match, but i was giving them the same permanent address proof
but they said they want my billing address proof, which i never had and i never submitted to reliance.
They said they want it. But how can i provide a non existing document. shall i prepare one for them??
Lastly i told them to disconnect my connection but they still want my billing proof.

Hope i would get a solution ASAP.
