Reliance Internet & Phone doesnot work frequently

This is with respect to my Complaint# – 189882195 lodged on 25th Sep 2012, for Internet not working issue. After that almost 3-4 Days I called up the Customer Care and asked for the status, they informed me that there is some Server down issue and no timeline or estimated duration when the issue will get resolved. I waited patiently for 1 week, 2 weeks and the days passed. In the meantime one of the technician visited my residence and informed me that the main line is physically damaged and they need to change the main line. On 21st Oct 2012 I called up the Customer Care and lodged one more complaint with ref no 1900233477, saying Internet is still not working and its almost 1 month. From 21st to 26th Oct 2012(6 Days), I gave series of calls daily asking for resolution. My Internet service finally started working on 26th Oct 2012. In the meantime I also lodged a complaint(189973048) for waiver in the bill as the connection was not working for nearly a month. I got SMS saying waiver cannot be provided. When I called the Customer Care they informed me that as per SLA the Complaint is closed within 3 days. Everyday when I call the Customer Care asking for the Complaint Status, they take a fresh complaint and show case the Complaint as a recent one and finally close it. So the history of all old complaints are lost and finally when we ask for a Bill Waiver the Customer Care responds saying the Complaint is closed with in SLA so no waiver can be provided. The complaint which was opened on 25th Sep 2012 is closed on 27th Sep 2012 without any resolution and without any acknowledgement from the Customer. So the Customer Service is fooling around with the Customer and reliance is cheating the Customer with these kind of tricks. I activated 3G in my mobile by paying Rs.500 for internet access and I am already at loss.Also I need to pay the bill for a connection which is not working for nearly a month. Reliance expects the Customer to pay the bill without any Service for 1 month. Is this the Service to the Customers. Now again on 09th Nov 2012 I have raised a complaint and today it is 12th Nov 2012 still the connection is not working. Yesterday I called the Customer Care asking for the status and they have closed the complaint filed on 09th Nov and they have raised a new complaint on 11th Nov. The Reliance Service is going worse day by day. Every month nearly for a week to 10 days the connection does not work at all. Please provide me justice.
