I’ve purchased a connection of reliance independent tv in December 2018. When I purchased the connection the cable operator said that they are providing all HD and non-HD channels only for 2500 rupees for one year. But, after one month all HD channels were gone and when I complained to customer care the said that now you have to pay for HD channels because of the change in scheme. Now, after two months suddenly all the English and sports channels are gone and regarding that none of their customer care executive are taking my complaints seriously. They are the worst dish providers who don’t care about their customers at all. Please take a serious action against my complain.
