No Reliance GSM sim cards at store

Hi Team,

I would like to lodge a complaint about Reliance wherein I am not getting a replacement Sim card since last month. I lost my phone and my Sim card last month. I have been visiting the store since last month.

Last month I went thrice and they did not have any GSM Sim cards. The store I visited was in Goregaon west, Mumbai (Near Patkar College).

The customer service also is pathetic over there. They are least concerned about my matter. There were more customers like me who wanted a Sim card. But they just ask customers to visit other stores and say they might have it.

This is just disgusting. I have been without my Sim card for over a month. I am also not getting an option to port my number to other service provider. I also emailed reliance customer service and all they do is reply with a standard template apologizing.

Please help me get a resolution on this.
