Reliance GSM service is the worst

I had made a complaint 4 days prior for my GSM sim, which is still not working. I can not make any calls and nor receive any calls/messages anything. On my first call they said we shall register the complaint, and on asking the reason they said we shall let you know within 3 days.! Dude what were u thinking.. 3 days without a phone.!! If some thing happens do u take the responsibility. Atleast care to give a reason. Today the fourth day of the complaint and they still dont bother to reply. I have used other services before and have never experienced such behaviour before.
