I recharged my no.9905504525 (relianceGSM) on 15th July,2014 with Rs.156 (1GB 3G data valid for 30 days) and on recharging I recieved a confirmation message for the same but I got only 510 MB data credited to my account. I called the customer care and they said that balance data will be automatically credited to my account within 24 hrs. After that I didn’t checked my balance hoping that it would have already credited. But on 21st July,2014 when I checked my balance I found that I have not recieved my balance of data. I called customer care and told them my querry but they kept on repeating that its your fault you should have complained earlier…they even didn’t took the complain and and my call was transferred to senior’s dept. and from there also I recieved same line and my call was disconnected from their side.
Please help me to either recover my balance of data or refund of half the amount of recharge.
