I had a problm regarding poor signals. i called up at reliance to enquire about it. they asked me to press a few buttons and then automaticaly a screen came which moved in neither way. i could not view a single channel. then they said they were processing and it wont come unless signal is good. watever it was, they asked they would send technicians but we paid twice RS.175 , yet none came. we believe we have been cheated. reliance is a fraud connection. they only take money and provide no service. shame!
