reliance digital fraud practices in the name of resq plans

Reliance digital loots the customers in the name of a “ResQ” plans . They just take the money and never perform the promised repairs and services on time. They make customers run around for it. I had purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split AC on 8th Oct’11 which came with a standard warranty of 1 year. Under the plan I upgraded the warranty according to which reliance covers the above mentioned product for another 24 months over and above the standard 1 year warranty. I have been facing issues with the AC for over months now and when I contact reliance for service, they would just call me to set up and appointment but no one ever shows up. Now that the AC has gone completely dead due to a stabilizer failure which id also covered under the same warrant reliance digital employees from the Himayat nagar store # prasad varanasi a dept manager & Manish G dept manager were to be handling the case how ever no resolution has been reached for months now.
