I have purchased one Philips Trimmer (QT4011) on 13th June, 2014. As we used this trimmer, me and my wife has felt skin irritations and also it does not trim properly. I went to their store to exchange this trimmer with a better one but Mr. Bidrohi Chakraborty, Dep. Manager refused to do so. I want to either exchange this trimmer with a better one, or want my money back with interest. I also claim Rs. 500 for taxi fare + Rs. 10000 for mental harassment.
