My reliance prepaid cdma number is 9318918001 & one other num. i got a flash message that 10 rupees have been deducted from my account towards VAS EASY MOBILE VP service. on other num i got deducted rs 30 for VAS shemaroo i dont konw what is that and i have never opted for that service. i have been trying to reach customer care for the last 3 hours but it never connects and says all our agents are busy. poor customer care service. please rectify this otherwise please let me know that this will not rectify so that i can opt for the other network.
