Hello i am Md Arif from kolkata.. i am using a reliance GSM 3G phone number… and i using a mobile of samsung (i9070). i recharged(receipt no AMPR24530935) my reliance number(8100133255) by 255 and reliance said that by this recharge i will get 1gb of data on 3g.. And so i recharge 255 by my debit card through reliance website.. after recharge they gave only 101mb insted of 1gb.. so i register a complain on 05/08/2012 on that matter to reliance customer care .. (complain no.184555289).. today (07/08/2012) i recived a massage from reliance saying that my complain has been resolved .. and i check my uses but still thay did’t gave the gprs balance. so i called to castomer care again and they replied on that the gprs balance have already given to me on the time of recharge… please help ..
