RELIANCE BROADBAND WORST EXPERIENCE

Dear sir,

I am using Reliance broadband from last 8 months.I have 2 MBPS UNLIMITED PLAN .But from last 3 or 4 months i am facing serious issues regarding my internet.In every month my internet remains down for almost 10 days still i pay bill for whole month .I have complained so many times regarding the issue to customer care but no response.Recently I have made a complaint on 3/10/2015 regarding my internet speed as it was comming very very low ie 0.3 MBPS against the guranteed 2MBPS plan.
I Received no suitable response and complain was closed by subscriber without resolution and any information.I had called them so many times regarding the issue but i am totally disappointed by their services.Reliance Broadband is the worst internet service i have experienced.They have bunch of idiots sitting in their service centres who gives poor response.I am totally disappointed by their services as they are fooling their customers.

Please help me with this matter as they are lying to the customers regarding the plans.I am not getting the speed accordingly as committed by them.
